Josh is so wonderful! Being first-time home buyers we were unsure of the entire buying process but Josh made us feel comfortable and cleared up any uneasiness we had. He knew exactly what we were looking for and even showed us options that we hadn’t considered but were completely our style. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional when it comes to real estate transactions, and finding the right fit for a home buyer. He is extremely responsive to all questions and excellent with communication in a timely manner. buying my home was easy and seamless from start to finish, and he handled everything beautifully every step of the way. he did an excellent job of negotiating with the seller and making sure that everyone's needs were met on both sides.
